Through the expansive hallways and cavernous foyer we find —
a hearings room, packed with stakeholders of the river. We intercut these testimonies throughout the main story.
Meanwhile, an unused water fountain waits around the corner from the hearings —
as our dishonest characters plan and scheme in the shadow of the Lincoln statue.
